With more than a decade of experience in Pilates, fitness, and health coaching, Jill brings a strong foundation in movement and wellness to bone health. She is a certified Classical Pilates instructor and Integrative Health Coach and holds a Certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living from Cornell University.

Jill’s passion for bone health became personal in 2025 when, despite an active and healthy lifestyle, she was unexpectedly diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine. Determined to understand why, she immersed herself in the science of osteoporosis, including exercise, nutrition, treatment, and diagnostics. She became a Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) Peer Educator and completed

BoneFit™ training.
